What is personal information?

Personal data is any kind of information that can be directly or indirectly attributed to a physical person who is alive, e.g. names, social security numbers, booking numbers and IP numbers, if they can be linked to a physical person. We may also process information that is registered in connection with an order, such as eg. destinations, special dietary requirements or special information from you about your health status prior to the trip or otherwise within the framework of the customer relationship.

Please note that it is optional to provide your personal information, but in some cases we will not be able to provide you with the service and / or product you ordered if you do not provide your personal information.

Personal data we collect and for what purpose

Information collected in connection with booking and travel when you book a trip with us at Nordic Sea Angling, we collect personal information from you in order to fulfill your order. There is information on the name, date of birth, age and gender of all travelers on the booking, as well as the address and contact details of the main traveler. In connection with booking, we also collect payment information before invoicing

If the booking includes children, we collect the same information as above regarding the child. When you make a trip with us, we also collect information about your trip. We use Google Drive products and system services for our internal work. This means that your personal information will be processed by Google who has been hired by us as personal data assistant.
