What is personal information?

Personal data is any kind of information that can be directly or indirectly attributed to a physical person who is alive, e.g. names, social security numbers, booking numbers and IP numbers, if they can be linked to a physical person. We may also process information that is registered in connection with an order, such as eg. destinations, special dietary requirements or special information from you about your health status prior to the trip or otherwise within the framework of the customer relationship.

Please note that it is optional to provide your personal information, but in some cases we will not be able to provide you with the service and / or product you ordered if you do not provide your personal information.

Personal data we collect and for what purpose

Information collected in connection with booking and travel when you book a trip with us at Nordic Sea Angling, we collect personal information from you in order to fulfill your order. There is information on the name, date of birth, age and gender of all travelers on the booking, as well as the address and contact details of the main traveler. In connection with booking, we also collect payment information before invoicing

If the booking includes children, we collect the same information as above regarding the child. When you make a trip with us, we also collect information about your trip. In addition to the above information, booking number, destination, travel length and other services you chose to use during the trip.

Information collected through personal contact

When you contact us through customer service, email, phone or otherwise, we collect personal information from you, such as your name and booking number, in order to answer your question or handle your case. Depending on how you choose to contact us, we may also collect contact information such as email address or phone number. In personal contact, we also collect the other personal information that you yourself choose to submit to us. It can, for example, be information about allergies, health conditions or other information about you or other people on your trip or booking.

Information collected when using our digital services

When you book through our website, we collect information about your use of the service to improve your user experience and provide customized services. Some of this information may be personal data. Your information will not be collected unless you make a booking or send a request via the notification form.

Information collected from someone other than you

When booking and when contacting us in various matters, it appears that a person provides personal information about one or more other persons in a travel group. We assume that the person providing the information has the consent of all travelers to provide this personal information. When submitting personal information to other persons, you must be sure that these persons consent to it and that you have permission to submit the information. If you have not made a booking yourself, but someone else has made a booking where you are included, we collect personal information about you from that person. The same applies if someone else has been in contact with us on your behalf.

In order to be able to deliver the travel services you have ordered from us, we use your personal information in different ways. The information is used to show tickets and travel documents, to make hotel reservations and to make payment for the services you have ordered. If you have ordered additional services such as extra luggage, full board or similar, the information is used correspondingly to provide these services. Administration of your trip also includes the use of your accounting, billing and auditing information, credit or other credit card verifications, immigration and customs checks.

Once you have booked a trip with us, we use your personal information to send a booking confirmation, information about your upcoming trip as well as tickets for the trip via the e-mail address or postal address provided during the booking.

Prior to your trip, we will send important information by email or letter to the address provided during the booking. It may include flight information or things that happen at your destination during your trip, as well as information about departures, such as timetable changes and rebooking. Such information is sent via email, letter or provided by telephone call depending on the type of deviation and what contact details we have for you. We send payment reminders via email or letter.

We use your personal information in order to provide marketing and offers to you. Customer information can be used in the marketing context of Nordic Sea Angling to contact you via email or letter. Who can handle the personal data

Google Drive

We use Google Drive products and system services for our internal work. This means that your personal information will be processed by Google who has been hired by us as personal data assistant. Personal data is stored by Google in a cloud service. Contract partners and IT suppliers

We use external suppliers to handle payments. These providers have access to personal information in the form of names, addresses and payment information. This handling is necessary in order for us to deliver the services you have ordered from us.

Hotel

Airlines
